As the home of the Catholic Campus Ministry at NYU, the Catholic Center/St. Joseph together aim to be the spiritual homes for the approximately 18,000 Roman Catholic students who currently attend NYU & the surrounding universities & schools. There are activities and programs which enable our students to put their faith into practice. There are a number of student clubs and organizations, both on the undergraduate and graduate/ professional levels. Liturgical and music ministry opportunities are also a key part of our mission, which aims to engender the life and holiness of Jesus Christ in the daily life of our students & faculty. Welcome to the Catholic Center and our historic University Church!
