Please note that requests for documentation or records should be sent (by regular post) to the Secretary for Archives, Ms. Joann Willard, at the Church address: 371 Sixth Avenue, New York, NY 10014. There is, however, a $25 non-refundable fee for each archive search regardless of outcome.
